Our Behavior Analyst in Training (BIT) Program offers paid supervised fieldwork hours and real-world training alongside experienced BCBAs. Build your skills, grow your confidence, and take the next step toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

From RBT to Director

Nakayla’s Story

Nakayla started as an RBT in 2021 while pursuing her master’s in ABA. In just a few years, she advanced through multiple clinical roles and now serves as Clinical Director, bringing hands-on experience and clinical expertise to support both children and staff.

Bridget’s Story

Bridget began at BBLC in 2018 as an RBT for what was supposed to be just a summer job. Nearly eight years later, she’s the Clinical Director of the Newton Center, guiding her team with the same energy and care that shaped her own career.
