Kristen is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an accomplished HR leader with 17 years of experience across all facets of human resources, including talent management, change management, employee relations, coaching & support, policy development, and workforce planning. She has dedicated much of her career to the nonprofit sector in the mental health field, supporting programs for children, adults, and families and worked in the market research industry in a global role as well. Throughout her career, Kristen has successfully led HR initiatives that improved the employee experience and optimized HR processes. As a trusted partner and advisor to employees and leadership teams, she is solution-focused and committed to ensuring both employees’ needs and business goals are supported.
