Greg Paquette serves BBLC as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer. He comes to us with a wealth of experience spanning ABA and Early Intervention across the last 20 years, with a focus on operations, client success, and training. Greg started his career at the New England Center for Children in 2005, and received his Masters and BCBA in 2008. Most recently, Greg served leadership roles at multi-state companies such as MeBe, NewStory Schools, and Bierman ABA. He has a passion for operational efficiency, process improvement, and clinical outcomes. Additionally, throughout his career, Greg has worked to create great team cultures, understanding that team members working with the clients are the reason for the client's long term success. Greg lives in Framingham with his wife and 2 young boys who keep him from having too many hobbies outside being a dad!
